Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law, including the GDPR.
