3. User Accounts

To use Cronic, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate account information

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Cronic offers a free tier and a premium subscription. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• You may choose monthly or annual billing
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to transmit harmful or illegal content
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

The Cronic service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Cronic, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Newsletter content processed through the service remains the property of its respective authors and publishers.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cronic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
