Questions

What is Cronic?
Cronic is a set of AI agents that read your sources (newsletters, websites, RSS feeds, YouTube channels and podcasts), write your daily brief and turn it into a podcast you can interrupt with questions.
How does Cronic personalize my news?
Cronic summarizes the content from your sources with AI, and builds a profile of your interests from what you read to personalize your feed. You can view and edit that profile in the app under Settings → Your AI Profile.
Which email accounts can I use?
You can connect a Gmail account directly: Cronic detects your newsletters and imports the ones you pick, with read-only access. For Outlook, Yahoo or any other provider, forward your newsletters to your personal Cronic address.
What makes Cronic different?
Cronic is not an email client or a plain reader. Agents read your sources for you, write your daily brief and turn it into a podcast you can interrupt with questions, so you read or listen instead of sorting an inbox.
Is my email data secure and private?
Gmail access is read-only, so Cronic cannot send, delete or change your emails. Connections are encrypted in transit, credentials for connected accounts are encrypted at rest, and we never sell your data. Product analytics only run with your consent, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Analytics. You can delete your account and all its data at any time in the app (Settings → Security & Sessions → Delete account).
Can I try Cronic for free?
Yes! You get a full 14-day trial, no card needed: all of Premium, podcast included. After that, the Free plan keeps your daily text brief on 3 sources. Premium adds unlimited sources, your own agents and a podcast for every brief.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed in the iOS app, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web or on Android, use Manage Billing in Settings → Subscription & Payments or on the web console. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
